What Is an Appointment?

Appointments are used to schedule meetings, events, orand other planned activities with leads.

They help realtors organize their schedule, keep track of upcoming engagements, and receive reminders for important meetings and events.

Appointments are created and managed throughfrom the Calendar.lead profile.


View Appointments

    Navigate to CRM.

    Open the desired lead profile.

    Scroll to the Appointments section.

    The Appointments section displays all appointments associated with the lead.


    Create an Appointment

    1. Navigate to CalendarCRM.

    Open the desired lead profile.

    Scroll to the Appointments section.

    Click Add Appointment.

    The Add Appointment window will appear.

      Select the lead associated with the appointment.

      Enter the appointment title.

      Enter a description for the appointment.

      Specify the appointment location.

      Select the appointment date.

      Select the start time.

      Select the end time.

      Configure the reminder settings.

      Click Save.

      The appointment will be created successfully.


      View Appointments in Calendar

      Once anThe appointment iswill created, it willalso be displayed on the Calendar on the scheduled date and time.


      Edit an Appointment

        Navigate to Calendar and locate the corresponding date to viewLocate the appointment details.you want to modify.

        Click Edit.

        Make the required changes.

        Click Save.

        The appointment will be updated successfully.


        Delete an Appointment

          Locate the appointment you want to remove.

          Click Delete.

          Confirm the deletion.

          The appointment will be deleted successfully.
