What Is an Appointment?
Appointments are used to schedule meetings, events, or other planned activities with leads.
They help realtors organize their schedule, keep track of upcoming engagements, and receive reminders for important meetings and events.
Appointments are created and managed through the Calendar.
Create an Appointment
The Add Appointment window will appear.

Select the lead associated with the appointment.

Enter the appointment title.

Enter a description for the appointment.

Specify the appointment location.

Select the appointment date.

Select the start time.

Select the end time.
-
Click Save.
The appointment will be created successfully.
View Appointments in Calendar
Once an appointment is created, it will be displayed on the Calendar on the scheduled date and time.
