What is Price Drop Alert?

The Price Drop Alert feature allows you to send listing alerts to your leads based on specific criteria such as City, Property Type, Price Range, Percentage of Price Drop, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, and more.

You can configure the alert frequency and assign alerts to Tags, Stages, Sources, or individual leads. Once configured, email notifications are automatically sent whenever a property matching the selected criteria experiences a price reduction, helping your leads stay informed about the latest price-droppedprice listings.drop opportunities.

How to Create a New Price Drop AlertAlert?

Navigate to the Price Drop Alert Page

  1. Navigate to the Alerts page> from the menu bar.

Click Price Drop AlertAlerts.

Click the + icon in the Price Drop Alerts row.

Complete the Required Fields

  1. Enter the name of the alert.

  2. Select the area.

  3. Select the property categorycategory.

    (Residential,
    Condo,
  4. or

    Residential

    Commercial).

Condo

Commercial

Select one or more building types.

Select one or more building styles.

Select the property statusstatus.

Select the basement option.

Select the garage space requirement.

Select the square footage range.

Select the Days on Market.

Select the alert frequency.

Enter the number of properties to send. A maximum of 10 properties can be included in a single alert.

Enter the number of bedrooms.

Enter the number of bathrooms.

Specify the price range between $0 and $5,000,000.000.

Select the percentage of price drop percentage between 1% and 50%.

Click Create Alert.

The new Price Drop Alert will be created successfully.

How to EditUpdate Details in a Price Drop AlertAlert?

    Navigate to the Price Drop Alerts page.

    Locate the alert you want to modify.update.

    Click Edit under the Actions column.

    UpdateModify the required criteria.

    Click Update Alert.

    The changes will be saved successfully.

    How to Delete a Price Drop Alert
    Alert?

      Navigate to the Price Drop Alerts page.

      Select the checkbox next to the alert you want to delete.

      Click the Delete icon from the Price Drop Alerts row.

      Review the confirmation message.

      Click Confirm to proceed.

      Note: Price Drop Alerts that are currently assigned to active leads cannot be deleted.

      The selected alert will be deleted successfully.

      How and When Are Price Drop Alerts Executed?

      Price Drop Alerts are processed according to the configured alert frequency.

      Alert emails are generated and delivered between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM on the scheduled execution date.

      Note: If a lead does not open up to 10 consecutive Price Drop Alert emails, the CRM will stop sending further Price Drop Alerts to that lead. This helps maintain email deliverability and reduces the likelihood of messages being marked as spam.

      How to Assign a Price Drop Alert to Tags, Stages, Sources, and LeadsLeads?

      From the Price Drop Alerts Page

        Navigate to the Price Drop Alerts page.

        Select the checkbox next to the alert you want to assign.

        Assigning to Leads

        1. Hover over the Lead icon.

        2. Click Assign to Lead.

        3. In the pop-up window, searchSearch for and select theone desiredor more leads.

        4. Click Assign.

        You can assign the alert to multiple leads.

        Assigning to Tags

        1. Hover over the Tag icon.

        2. Click Assign to Tag.

        3. Select one or more tags.

        4. Click Assign.

        Assigning to Stages

        1. Hover over the Stage icon.

        2. Click Assign to Stage.

        3. Select one or more stages.

        4. Click Assign.

        Assigning to Sources

        1. Hover over the Source icon.

        2. Click Assign to Source.

        3. Select one or more sources.

        4. Click Assign.

        The selected Price Drop Alert will be assigned successfully.

        From the CRM Page

        1. Navigate to the CRM page.

        2. Select the checkbox next to the desired lead.

        3. Click the Price Drop Alert option from the actionavailable bar.actions.

        4. Select the Price Drop Alertalert you want to assign.

        5. ClickConfirm Assign.the assignment.

        The Priceselected Drop Alertlead will be assigned to the selectedchosen lead.Price Drop Alert.

        From the Lead Profile Page

        1. Open the desired lead profile.

        2. Click the Profile section.

        3. Scroll down to the Price Drop AlertAlerts section.

        4. Click the + icon.

        5. Select the Price Drop Alert you want to assign.

        6. Confirm the selection.assignment.

        The selected Price Drop Alertlead will be assigned to the lead.

        How to Remove or Pause a Price Drop Alert?

          Navigate to the Price Drop Alerts Executed?page.

          Under the Active column, click the number displayed for the alert.

          The list of assigned leads will be displayed.

          Select the desired lead.

          To Pause a Price Drop Alert

            Click Pause.

            The alert will be temporarily disabled for the selected lead.

            To Remove a Price Drop Alert

              Click Remove.

              The alert will be permanently removed from the selected lead.

              Price Drop Alerts arehave processedbeen successfully configured and assigned. Matching property listings with price reductions will be automatically sent to the assigned leads, tags, stages, or sources according to the configuredselected criteria and alert frequency.
