Market Updates help keep your leads informed about current real estate market updatetrends ?and activity in their area.
HowThese updates are automatically sent to viewassigned leads and provide valuable market information, helping agents stay connected with their audience through regular communication.
Access Market Updates
From the marketleft-hand menu, click Automation.
Select Market Updates.
The Market Updates page will be displayed.
Note: Market Updates can also be viewed using the View button available on the Market Updates page.
View Market Updates
Navigate to Automation → Market Updates.
Locate the desired Market Update.
Click View.
The Market Update details and content will be displayed.
Market Update Details
Each Market Update displays information such as:
Next Email Date
Assigned Tags
Assigned Stages
These details help identify when the next update emailwill ?be
Assignand which leads are associated with the Market updateUpdate.
Assign a Market Update
Market Updates can be assigned through the Market Updates page or directly from a lead profile.
Assign from the Market Updates Page
Navigate to Lead,Automation stage→ ,Market sourceUpdates.
Select updatethe isdesired beingMarket executedUpdate.
Click Assign.
You can assign the Market Update using any of the following options:
Assign to Leads
Click Leads.
Select one or more leads.
Click Apply.
Assign to Tags
Click Tags.
Select one or more tags.
Click Apply.
The Market Update will be assigned to all leads associated with the selected tags.
Assign to Stages
Click Stages.
Select one or more stages.
Click Apply.
The Market Update will be assigned to all leads associated with the selected stages.
Assign to Sources
Click Sources.
Select one or more sources.
Click Apply.
The Market Update will be assigned to all leads associated with the selected sources.
Assign from a Lead Profile
Navigate to CRM.
Open the desired lead profile.
Locate the Market Updates section.
Click Add.
Select the desired Market Update.
Save the changes.
The Market Update will be assigned successfully.
Market Update Execution
Market Updates are processed automatically at 7:30 AM.
Important Notes
Market Updates are currently scheduled to run monthly on the 10th of each month.
Assigned leads will receive the Market Update automatically according to the configured schedule.
