    How to Configure Listing Settings in AgentRoof CRM?

    Listing Settings allows you to control how property listings are organized in the CRM — either by Brokerage or by City. Depending on the option selected, listings are grouped and displayed under different sections in the Listings menu.

    Steps

      Log in to AgentRoof CRM. From the left navigation menu, click Settings. Click Listing Settings. Choose one of the two tabs at the top of the page:
        Brokerage City To add a new entry, click + Add New (top right) and enter the required brokerage or city details. Existing entries are listed in a table with Name and Action columns.
          Use the trash/delete icon under Action to remove an entry.

          What Happens Based on Selection

          When Brokerage is selected:

            A new dropdown item named Brokerage Listings is added under the Listings menu (alongside Property Listings and Pre-Construction). Listings associated with the added brokerage(s) will appear under this new Brokerage Listings section.

            When City is selected:

              No new menu item is created. Listings for the selected city are grouped under the existing Property Listings section in the Listings menu.

              Note

              Switching between Brokerage and City tabs does not delete existing entries — both lists are maintained independently, but only Brokerage selections generate a dedicated "Brokerage Listings" menu item.

              Result

              Depending on whether Brokerage or City is configured, listings in the CRM will be organized either under a dedicated Brokerage Listings section or grouped within the existing Property Listings section, helping realtors quickly locate listings by brokerage or by location.
