How to Delete a lead in AgentRoof CRM?

SoftDeleting ora Hardlead removes the lead from the active CRM records and makes it no longer visible on the CRM page.

AgentRoof uses a soft-delete ?process.
WhatIf happens whenthe same lead addedis backrecreated using the exact same primary contact information, such as the same email address or phone number, previously associated information—including notes, action plans, and email history—can be restored.

Steps

Navigate to the CRM page. Select the checkbox next to the lead you want to delete. Click the Delete icon located in the Leads row. Review the confirmation message. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.

The selected lead will previousbe datadeleted restoredsuccessfully.

Result

The lead will be removed from the active CRM records. If the lead is recreated later using the same primary contact information, previously stored lead activity and history may be restored.
