How to assign Source to a Lead?
Sources help identify where a lead originated from, making it easier to track lead generation channels and measure the effectiveness of your marketing and outreach efforts.
Steps
Navigate to the CRM page.
Select the checkbox next to the lead you want to assign a source to.
Click the Assign Source icon located in the Leads row.
A pop-up window will appear displaying all available sources.
Select the source you want to assign to the lead.
Confirm the selection.
The selected source will be assigned to the lead successfully.
Note: When a lead is assigned to a source, any active items associated with that source—such as Action Plans, Listing Alerts, Price Drop Alerts, Market Updates, Newsletters, or other source-based automations—may also be applied to the lead, depending on the source configuration.
Result
The selected lead will be assigned to the chosen source and may automatically inherit any workflows, alerts, communications, or automations associated with that source.
