Call Log

What Is Call Log?

Call Log displays the call history for a specific lead, allowing Realtors to track and review past calls made or received in relation to that lead, directly from within the CRM.

Access Call Log

    Click your profile icon. Select CRM. From the Leads list, click on a lead's name (e.g., Nisha) to open the lead's detail view. On the lead detail page, select the Timeline tab. Under Timeline, select Call Log from the sub-tab list.

    The Call Log view will be displayed for the selected lead.

    From this page, you can view:

      All logged calls related to the lead (inbound and outbound)

      Note:
      If no calls have been logged for the lead, the page displays No Call History with the message "No results found related to Call history."

      The Timeline tab also includes the following views for the same lead:

        ALL – combined activity across all types SMS – text message history Email – email correspondence history Notes – manually added notes Call Log – call history WEB Activity – website browsing/engagement activity
