What Is Analytics?

The Analytics section provides insights into a lead's property browsing behavior and interests.

It helps you understand the types of properties a lead has viewed, their preferred locations, property categories, and building types based on their activity.

All analytics data is generated from the properties viewed by the lead, allowing you to better understand their preferences and interests.

View Lead Analytics

1. Navigate to CRM.

2. Open the desired lead.

3. Select the Analytics tab.

The Analytics page will be displayed.

The Analytics tab organizes lead activity into categories such as:

• For Sale

• Sold

• For Rent

• Leased

• Pre-Construction

Select any category to view detailed analytics for that property type.

For each category, a summary section is displayed showing information such as:

• Number of properties viewed

• Average price

• Average bedrooms

• Average square footage

• Average year occupied

The Analytics page also includes visual charts that help identify:

• Preferred building types

• Preferred locations

For example, selecting For Sale displays analytics based only on the properties viewed by the lead that were listed for sale.

These insights help you better understand a lead's interests and property preferences.
